Since 2010 and having held dozens of outdoor liturgical hikes we have learned a great deal of best practices in the areas of: promotion/marketing, inclusivity of children and elders, preparing and offering liturgies outdoors, insurance/finances, practical things like vessels and vestments, picking locations, and everyday minutia. Holy Hikes is committed to helping our chapters flourish.

Localized Holy Hikes ministries are given authorized, branded Holy Hikes names and logos, counseling and support on best practices, ongoing personal support, and in the past (depending on our financial resources in a given year) we’ve provided chapter leaders with books, scholarships, and micro-grants to support their partnerships with local waterkeepers and environmental nonprofits.
